
VKernel Names Dan Kelly Chief Financial Officer
Innovative systems management solution provider for the virtual data center welcomes industry veteran with more than 20 years of financial experience to executive team
PORTSMOUTH, N.H., July 15, 2008 – VKernel
Corporation, a provider of easy-to-use and quick-to-deploy virtual appliances
for managing virtual server environments, today announced the appointment of Dan Kelly
as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, Kelly is responsible for VKernel’s
worldwide financial strategy and execution.

Kelly brings more than 20 years of financial management experience with software and services organizations to VKernel. Previously, he was CFO of geoVue, a provider of dynamic location optimization software. Prior to that position, Kelly held CFO positions at Ecora Software and Scribe Software. He also has Big Four accounting experience and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame.
