New Gold Partner to resell VKernel’s Suite of Virtual Appliances and build services for managing VMware ESX environments

PORTSMOUTH, N.H., May 28, 2008 – VKernel Corporation, a provider of easy-to-use and quickto- deploy virtual appliances for managing virtual server environments, today announced a partnership with Blackhawk Technology Consulting LLC, a virtualization systems integrator based in Eugene, Ore. Under the agreement, Blackhawk Technology is a VKernel Gold Partner that will resell VKernel’s Suite of Virtual Appliances for analyzing capacity bottlenecks, implementing chargeback, and gaining cost visibility in VMware ESX environments to its growing customer base.
