Help your customers unravel some of the mysteries of their VMware ESX Server environment and get right to it using VKernel comprehensive Solution Acceleration Kit (SAK). Our SAK was developed in conjunction with VMware to provide readymade consulting methodologies to deliver unique services around VKernel’s chargeback and capacity planning virtual appliances.
VKernel’s ProConsultant program is designed to accommodate service-oriented partners whose core businesses are not necessarily rooted in “reselling” products. But if you are interested in becoming a reseller you can learn more about that program here.
We often surprise partners and end-users alike with our liberal free trial policies. We’re able to do so because we completely understand that the modern virtual data center is a living, breathing, dynamic environment and that what you measure today using VKernel’s products are just a snapshot in time. What’s important is the trend over time. And that insight is why we’re so confident in allowing our partner community to use our virtual appliances free of charge to add value to end-users -- we’ll double (x2) the free trial period (restrictions apply). Our fully functional Capacity Bottleneck Analyzer virtual appliance is already pre-configured for a free 15-day evaluation. Our Chargeback virtual appliance is similarly pre-configured for a free 30-day evaluation. Under the terms of this program, we’ll double (x2) that period free of charge – 30 days and 60 days respectively. No contracts to sign. No lawyers.
What’s the catch? Just introduce VKernel to the end-user account where you’re applying your professional services.
Again, you do not have to be an authorized VKernel reseller to join VKernel’s ProConsultant program. The program is simple…
- Register your interest in becoming a VKernel ProConsultant. You will receive an email confirming your interest in the program along with other useful information..
- Download the VKernel virtual appliance of interest.
- Install the VKernel virtual appliance into your customer's target environment. Note that VKernel’s licensing is tied to your physical environment so you (or your customer) will need to do this uniquely for each target environment.
- The virtual appliance that you downloaded and installed is automatically pre-configured for a free trial period.
- Prior to the end of the free trial period, you can request a license extension to double (x2) the free trial period. Click on the “License” link in the product’s menu bar and follow the instructions for “Trial Extension”.
- The license extension will be granted when you introduce VKernel to the end-user account where you’re applying your professional services. Introductions can be scheduled by emailing VKernel at proconsultant@vkernel.com.
- If your introduction qualifies, your license key will be emailed to the email address provided in Step 1 above.
