Hey guys,

I am trying to use the AppView application for my VM's, however when I attempt to run the application I get the following error -

The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required..

The browser I am using is configured to NOT use a proxy.

Any ideas.

Hi Tim,

Could you send us the logs for your installation so we can review them? Go to C:\ProgramData\VKernel and create a *.ZIP of the AppView.dat, AppViewConfix.xml, and the service.log. Please email that file to support@vkernel.com and reference this email thread.

Thank you!

Edit: I apologize for my original misinformation. I gave you the wrong path for the log files. It is now corrected.
