Hello, I am evaluating chargeback and am unable to generate any CB reports. The error I get is 'no custom groups appended to this cust/dept'. I do have a custom group and customers both setup with a select group and both are populated exactly the same. What am I missing ??

You need to drag and drop the custom group you have created into the customer. Then run the CB report from the customer and you will get the report you expected.

Let me know if that does not fix your problem.
